How It Works:

They have been generated by computer software based on publicly available property records and certain proprietary data as an approximate estimate of home valuation, and have not been evaluated or reviewed by a licensed professional appraiser. In accordance with the User Agreement, these valuations may only be used in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations including Fair Housing/Fair Lending laws and regulations.
