The Big Art Mob aims to create a public record of all the Public Art in the UK

What Company Says:
The Big Art Mob aims to create a public record of all the Public Art in the UK. For this reason, please try and keep your posts relevant to this subject, and avoid posting content that does not relate to Public Art. Posting content that is not strictly Public Art is not prohibited, but if you do, please do not fill in any of the location information to avoid such posts appearing in the Big Art Map.

How It Works:
You take photos or shoot video with your camera phone and then send them to the The Big Art Mob, direct from the phone, wherever you are. Your contributions are then published online in your very own Big Art Moblog to share with the rest of the Big Art Mob and the world at large - and to get their thoughts and feedback.

When you upload photos, you can add a title (as the MMS or email Subject) and accompanying text (as the MMS or email message) and these will appear on the site.

By giving providing informations about the location of the art (street and the city) on the form, your photo can be displayed on flag the Big Art Map with your image.

To access the Big Art User map, you need to check a user or group blog page and click on the Big Art Map link in the sidebar. If no such link exists, it means the user/group has no items mapped yet.

This makes it all sound a bit complicated. For example, to view the Big Art Map you simply click the Map option in the main nav! or the mini-map at the centre of the Home screen.
