You should also know that they don't accept paid placement or listing fees from estate agents. They can't buy their way into their search results. They're completely independent and unbiased that way. Instead, they make their money by only allowing targeted and relevant ads down the side of the page.

As a user of this site, LOVE IT! Interface is great and property list exceptional. It's full of duplicate properties but it's ok, you wade through them.
The one thing Globrix can't do is deliver the same results as the other property portals because it has no content, therefore cannot be found in search engines and has to rely on partnerships with other sites and brand recognition.
It will be interesting to see how it fairs. With NEWS backing it, it has a chance, as this is not a new thing. Nestoria and Properazzi have been around for a while, and have not delivered the UVs yet either.
Where do they make their money as well? Must be a small business, very small. They can't possibly rely on PPC can they?
