Public: photos will show in public updates and tag search results.
Friends: photos will not show in public updates and tag search results and can only be viewed by your friends.
Family: photos will not show in public updates and tag search results and can only be viewed by your family members.
Confidential: photos will not show in public updates and tag search results and can only be viewed by you and people you add to share confidential photos.
Only you can see who are following you and who are in your family, while the public can see who your friends are and people you are following.
