If the sellers do not respond to your inquiry in a reasonable time, you can try getting their attention by calling them. If they still can not be reached, it may be best to look for another car from another seller. While they can help connect buyers and sellers through their service, they cannot force the members of the site to respond.
Use them as a conduit to help you find the car of your dreams. If you have questions about the cars listed on this site, you are encouraged to contact the sellers, examine the cars in person and schedule test-drives until you find one you are sure about.
