How It Works:
Simply create an account and post your legal issue. Interested lawyer’s will begin responding in about 2 business days, at which point you can pick the right lawyer for your legal need with confidence.
1. To create an account you will be asked a few questions about your business. Although we collect your contact information, it is never released to lawyers. Once you have created an account and verified your email address you will be able to post an issue.
2. To post an issue you will be asked a series of questions depending on the type of legal need your business has. These questions are specifically designed to help lawyers understand your legal need.
Once you have posted an issue it goes through a brief approval process before being displayed to lawyers. Legal River verifies every posting to ensure that no fake postings are in the system. Once your issue is approved, lawyers will be notified almost immediately.
3. You will begin receiving responses within a few business days, at which point you can logon and evaluate each interested lawyer by viewing their biography, estimated rate and the personalized paragraph they wrote for you.
