Neither party needs expensive equipment or any technical know-how.

How It Works:

First, the hiring manager creates an interview from their template or his or her own unique questions. With a click of a button, our system invites potential candidates to take the interview. Then the candidate answers the interview question while being recorded by a webcam. The final product is a video of each candidate’s responses which is available to the employer’s hiring team via the internet anywhere, anytime. When companies are ready to review the interviews, they simple log on to our site, choose from a list of completed interviews, sit back, and watch the video. If more than one person needs to review the interviews, no problem, any number of authorized reviewers can log on from any location at any time.
