How It Works:
You can send us your photo(s) via e-mail to photos@kideo.com. Photos must be attached as a JPEG file (.jpg).Please include your Order Confirmation number, Child's name and Product ordered in the subject of the email. You may also mail us your photo(s). Please write your child’s name and your confirmation number on the back of your photo. Just write your child’s first name and your confirmation number on the back of the photo and we’ll match it up to your order.

Only your child’s first name will be featured in the PixFusion video products you have ordered. PixFusion’s personalized video products include your child’s first name being spoken throughout the video, and your child’s first name is printed on all of the video packaging (on some of our video packaging your child's last name is also printed). PixFusion’s personalized printed products (books, calendars, stickers, posters) feature your child’s first name printed throughout the product.
