Homeowners use Hoanator to bring their Homeowner Associations online to promote awareness and communication between neighbors. Maroondoor.com was designed specifically to help homeowners protect their largest asset and enhance quality of life. Their mission is to help homeowners communicate more efficiently.

How It Works:

To join a Homeowner Association you first need to Register. Once you locate you Homeowner Association, you will need apply to apply for membership. You must be an owner to become a member. You application will be sent to the Association Leader (this is the person who created the Homeowner Association on Maroondoor.com.)

To create a Homeowner Association you first need to create a profile account by Registering. Once you have registered you will go to HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS > CREATE HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION tab and fill out the information. You should do a thorough search to make sure your Homeowner Association does not already have a site set up on Hoanator.com.
