How Much They Got From VCs:

SageQuest LLC, a leading provider of GPS fleet tracking and management solutions, announced today that it closed a $3.72 million Series D funding round. "Our new investment capital will be targeted to further strengthen our market position with increased investment in product development and distribution," said Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer David Lowman.

The funding round, which closed April 30th, was lead by venture capital and private equity firm Hopewell Ventures along with local founders Gary and Mark Mintz. "We're happy to have continued confidence from our long term investors and growing interest from new investors," Lowman said. "The fact that we had more interest than the funding round could accommodate speaks to our track record and the opportunity we have in this market."
