Mugr Offers face recognition and search services for the masses

What Company is Offering:
Mugr's development is to provide face recognition and detection as a service over the web. Searching photos for friends is pretty cool, and they'd like to share it with their existing Mugrs. To that end, they're releasing a Ruby interface for Mugr services, affectionately named, Rmugr .
How It Works:
Sign up for Mugr. Access to the API service is currently available for existing users only. Since they're doing a limited beta, you'll have to either find an invitation code, or put your name on the waiting list.

You submit a photo over their REST interface. You can do this via the Ruby interface, or you can roll your own.

Once we've authenticated you, their army of lolcats search the photo for faces and match them up to people.
