rmbrME gives you the power to send a socially-networked friend request to anyone you meet in real life using just SMS

What Company Is Offering:
rmbrME gives you the power to send a socially-networked friend request to anyone you meet in real life using just SMS.

How it Works:

Simply text their phone number or email address to RMBRME (762763) and they’ll send along a convenient link that unlocks your Facebook, Myspace, Linkedin or other profile. In a couple of clicks, they add you as a friend, and you stay connected. They even keep track of when and where you meet people so that you can remember them more easily than ever.

rmbrME works with any social network that can provide you with a profile URL. That is – where your profile can be linked from a web address – either copied from your browser window, or found listed somewhere on the site. Most websites give you this option, from the straightforward (MySpace) to the slightly more convoluted (Friendster) and everything in between. We don’t tell you which social network to use, but you can even use things like your blog or Flickr account.
