Who Is Backing Them:

The company is led by CEO Neil Roseman. Prior to joining Evri, Neil spent 9 1/2 years at (1998 - 2007), most as a Vice President of Technology. Most recently Neil was responsible for's Digital Media Technologies and Amazon’s Global Subscriptions Platform. In this role Neil was responsible for product and software development for efforts such Search Inside the Book ™, Amazon Unbox Digital Video, and the recently launched Amazon MP3 service. The Subscriptions Platform, which Neil designed and built with a small team, is used globally by Amazon Prime, Amazon DVD Rental (in the UK and Germany) and other services. Prior to that Neil was responsible for many of Amazon's most successful product launches, including Music and DVD stores, Marketplace (Amazon's 3rd-party business), Amazon China, and the initial Amazon Web Services product.
Formerly known as Hypertext Solutions, Evri was incubated by Vulcan Capital. Vulcan Capital is a leading private investment firm that creates long-term value by applying extensive industry knowledge, operational expertise and flexible financial resources to attractive investment opportunities. The firm invests across all stages of corporate development through leveraged buyouts, growth capital, distressed/turnaround, and early-stage venture capital, as well as public equity value investing.
