Infopia provides eCommerce software and services to help merchants grow their online businesses

What Company Is Offering:
Infopia provides eCommerce software and services to help merchants grow their online businesses. From inventory and order management, to exposing products to more online buyers, to providing professional business services, Infopia has the right tools to increase online revenues.

How Much It Got From VCs:

Infopia, the leading SaaS eCommerce platform provider, announced today that it has successfully completed its Series C round financing of $12 million. The round was led by UV Partners and includes previous investors Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Trident Capital, and TransPacific Capital Partners.

Infopia will use these funds as working capital to accelerate the execution of its current business plan -- launching the new Infopia Transact eCommerce platform and pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities. The new open eCommerce platform leverages over eight years of industry experience helping multi-channel, online merchants successfully grow their businesses.

"Infopia is uniquely positioned to capture significant market share," said Bjorn Espenes, CEO at Infopia. "We have the financial resources to drive new technology solutions and continue to meet the market needs in a rapidly changing eCommerce environment."
