How It Works:

To allow the user on one hand to express the wrong doing of the travel suppliers, to give the users the space, the platform, the stage to complain out loud; “Travelers Complain”. In order to balance and improve travel experience, Menogo allows users to give advice and alternatives to the bad experienced travel service they have gone through. Menogo allows the travel suppliers to Officially Response to each complain / nogo. The Official Responses will be displayed attached to the Nogo, and will allow users to see the actions the suppliers have taken to improve their services and products.
